Calla Lily Designs transforms interior spaces into customized sanctuaries, catering to each client's use case and preferences. Step 1
Initial Consultation
In step one we'll discuss your project ideas and get to know each other. There is no charge for our initial meeting (if on-site, at our studio) and any future charges will be clearly explained in our Services Agreement.
Step 2
Programming
During the Programming phase, we'll gather your project ideas, information, measurements, and photographs. We'll discuss expectations, timelines, and budget. Once you're comfortable, we'll move on to the next step: Schematic Design.
Step 3
Schematic Design
Here we'll take all the info we gathered and use it to create interior layouts and product selections. We'll make 3-D perspectives to help plan the space and function of the new design. We'll also make general finish recommendations and revise plans as needed.
Step 4
Design Development
We'll finalize design details with floor plans, elevations, and samples for flooring, walls, cabinetry, countertops, and more. We'll select appliances, finishes, and textures, provide material estimates, moving on once approved by you.
Step 5
Drafting & Documentation
In the drafting and documentation phase, design drawing specs are completed to ensure all details are addressed. Plans are sent to contractors for bidding on their labor, with reviews and site visits as needed.
